It is day 5 and I feel much better. I am not going the bathroom as much. Was amazed that at work I was filled with energy. I do find that I miss the social aspect of eating. I have also noticed that the back of my throat feels as though I smoked a cigar. It is raspy and a bit soar. I understand that this is part of the detox, but it is gross. My toungue is white. I am having some powerful dreams at night. I like that. Still haven't decided how long I will go. Next week I am traveling internationally and don't want to be on it then, so will need to do some planning around this.
