you are amazing, how you hold onto all of the mineral correlations is mind boggling! Congrats on getting rid of the nasal drip, hooray, I know that was an issue for you.

I need to take more time to try to figure out the clues you gave me and see if I can make any personal connections.

To answer your question about vitamin A-
I get a lot of beta carotene from sweet potatoes (eat one sweet potato/day), last time I tried to take vit A oil my skin became thin like it does with too much veggies.
So thus far I have problems with vitamin E, A, and perhaps vitamin K (high in green veggies). Makes me wonder if I should be Liver Flushing ASAP. My stools are not very dark; perhaps my lack of fat soluable vitamins is throwing my minerals off balance? (Say did you notice darker stools when your digestion got better from the iodine?)
Also I dont get bad Acne per say, just big blackheads. Whenever I get low blood Sugar I get an oily face the oil that comes out is sticky/saturated/oxidized? and cause these scarring blackheads. I know I must be low on antioxidants but I cant take them without getting insomnia.

I just want to figure out how to stop scarring! I know that when my skin is dry and tight/thin I scar very easily, but here is my problem I have figured out that potassium will allow moisture into my lower skin (ie my skin gets plump and doesnt "look" dry) but the top layer is still tight and fragile. For example my lips are finally plump again but the top layer is dry tight and peels. After it peels I have raw spots that sometimes wont heal for a while. Have you found the mineral that will help this topical dryness/tightness? Its very odd to have moisture but also a dry tight surface. So many foods and supplements cause this effect for me. My diet is becoming very limited.

Also perhaps the chloride in the kcl is causing more dryness, like you mentioned. I still get the tight dry thing happening even when I dont take kcl. How are you getting your potassium these days? What do you suggest taking for potassium?

I'm finding that Iodine really helps with managing my other minerals too, Im glad you mentioned that, I stopped taking it for a while and things went down hill a bit and I couldnt figure out why, going over my diet journal I saw that I had stopped the iodine. Now I am back on it and notice the effects.

Another question-after I eat meat I get hot flashes-any clues?

Oh and goji berries are great for my skin but I have not found any hard fact about what minerals are in them.
Go figure.

I've had a tough weekend of insomnia so I am not thinking all that straight right now, forgive me if my message is off a bit. =)
