Bravo! Must be so wonderful to have that level of control over your mineral imbalances. Im going to keep your list and see if I notice any correlations to my own minerals.

I think you are right about the interaction between potassium calcium and copper, going over my notes I see that when I was taking both potassium and calcium I notice faster healing and also some of my grey brows go brown. Just started taking the calcium again.
