A note on the tongue: actually, the tongue is a guage of whether your body is in a current healing cycle. I've actually heard of the tongue going pink and then back to white as another healing cycle began. I have also heard that a good guage is if you feel true hunger. Not just the pangs that go away with a good glass of lemonade but something deeper. It's hard to tell, you have to listen to your body and decide. Good luck! :-)
