Along the lines of mineral depletion in the colon, what about adding Concentrace to the enema mix? I am not sure about the idea of the Liver-Flush depleting us of minerals, but my guess we are all pretty mineral-deficient (given recent discussions of lack of soil quality). Why not just, um, "end load" the process???

I tried the I-enema today. I probably did not go as all out as Trapper did and I can't find his post about it. But I mixed usual amount of coffee and about ten drops of Lugol's in 2C water and sat in the tub and read an article on Turkmenistan for 30 minutes. No big shakes, i.e. liver stones , lost objects -- but I do have an all-over feeling of health, as usual (and which I don't get as much from a plain-water flush).
