Chlorine is a Gas, but chloride is "NOT" a Gas, so HCL has chloride as it's element, for "HCL" is Hydrochloric Acid
Wrong.  HCl has chlorine as its element, not chloride.  Chlorides are found in solid, liquid or gaseus phases so he is wrong when he writes that chloride is not a gas.
