This is cool. I have a beleif that GRAY HAIR is mostly caused by heavy metal accumulation in the body....And removal of heavy metals is a must.

Copper deficiency is another theory which causes grays. But I think heavy metals prevent the absorption of Copper in the body.

Thats is why, when ppl age, they start getting grays because the heavy metal load in the body has increased. Not that all of sudden they have started consuming foods with less copper.
