Yes...alcohol is very bad for your breath. Even in small amounts. I've been drinking these herbal cleansing formulas and all of them have grain alcohol in them, they made my breath worse and my tongue felt like sandpaper. I'm still drinking them but now I add boiled water to them to evaporate the alcohol and now my breath is not as horrendous and my tongue is back to normal.
