Just got Lugol's a few days ago and was painting Iodine Tincture the week before, all different places and amounts.

I'm using Redmond Salt and water, Vit C complex, and supplements that I took before e.g. Greens Food, organic flax oil and a multi-vitamin. No minerals yet, but eat a lot of nuts, seeds, onions and garlic.

I had a scarey, strong pain in the heart area (pulling or tugging sensation like a spasm)on days 1 and 2. I had read about racing heart but not much about the type I had? Thankfully it hasn't happened since Saturday and I'm back to around 25 mg. Magnesium, selenium, niacin and B-complex, are on my shopping list. Then I'm going to increase my oral Lugol's gradually... see what happens.
