I am going into the 4th day of the MC. Day 3 has been tough. I feel as though I have indegestion. I have been doing the SWE and am going regularly. My tounge is white--I am shooting for 10 days on the fast. So far, I have been having lots of dreams, sleeping lots and feeling preety good. I am amazed at how I "think" so often of food--though not really hungry. I do miss the social aspect of food---going out for a coffee, dinner, etc. That is what I miss. Anyhow, onto day 5.
