Nope, I am a newcomer to iodine. I can't use too much of it either. However kelp in the dosage ml recommends makes me nauseous. J Crow suggested if I use kelp just to sprinkle it on salads. I may try that. Like I always say, this is not a one thing heals all kind of deal.
