Like I said what is wrong with a good quality kelp? Mh puts it in his MRS Barefoot, I use his calcium balance (also in MRS B) instead of the lime water. I use sorgum molases from MH instead of BSM don't think anyone would argue the ACV, not an expert but a pinch of eps don't think is going to hurt no one/ I am really wanting to know cause I don't what is the problem with ML.s drink it must be the lime water cause I don't see anything bad about the rest of it. And how about the detox baths, I have seen similar elsewhere. Please enlighten me? MH says lugos from the bottle ain't the way to go either so I take the kelp.
