John,

Have you been tested for celiac? My sister in law had symptoms similar to yours, and tested positive to gluten intolerance.

The headache, weakness and anxiety started first, then came shortness of breath and skin problems - don't know if you're affected this way.

She was loosing weight also, and incredibly tired.

Just thought I'd mention this, in case it sounds similar.
