I have been utilizing coffee enemas for the last couple of months. This is the first time in my life I've used eneams... It took a few times just to do it right. It's counterintuitive to hold in rather than expell, so it's a head trip as well...
The coffee enema, as utilized by Drs. Gerson & Kelley in their cancer cure protocols is a GREAT liver cleanser.
Among my "detox" manifestations, I've had a couple of incidences of feeling queasy and/or feeling "sick" before a BM. That's a sign of toxins on their way out, coffee enemas help a lot. during these times.
