What ever was causing the diarhhea has stopped once I backed off Iodine...

Also are you taking magnesium? What form and how much?

And how many mgs of Iodine are you supplementing with?

Can you share, what good things you have noticed with Iodine supplementation....Appreciate your knowledge...
