I have cut down on all kinds of flushes. Any kind of Flush ( Castor Oil Flush/ Liver Flush) will deplete the body of vital minerals. A gentler approach is always called for, as long as there is no emergency....

Flushes should be saved for emergencies....

The ultimate aim is to have healthy bowels. No constipation and no diarrhea.
