Actually, I am not getting any diarrhea now. I am doing 3-4 gms of VitaminC in the form of Sodium Ascorbate. No Ascorbic Acid. I have carefully upped the Iodine from 2 drops to 3 drops a day.

I was getting bad diarrhea when I was doing 15-16 drops of Iodine a day and was not suppleneting with Vitamin C. Only drinking OJ hoping it will take care of Vitamin C. The sad part was I did not realise that Iodine was causing my diarrhea. I kept changing my diet from this to that, thinking what I ate is causing diarrhea. After 3 weeks, I decide to stop Iodine. My bowels normalised in a week. All this is my fault, because I rushed into Iodine and did not buy all the supplements before hand....Lesson to learn here :)

These days my bowels are coming out very well. And there is no more bloat....I am supplementing with MSM. not sure, if its also helping....
