I posted about this recently, but I didn't realize how important C is until I finally bought/took some and got the bromine expulsion. I am out of C again and will wait until I get more to start Iodine again.

I eat lots of nuts and so haven't been doing selenium. I am open to anyone saying I should be anyway, so speak up (preferably before I go get the C!).

I can tell when I don't do enough salt because I have started to get the telltale headache -- not painful like migraine, but "there" and unpleasant.

I have recently started with Concentrace, which I hope is supplying some goodness in some way.
