The only issue I have with BSM (and I take it quite often) is that it has many antagonist minerals within it, so you may not be getting the full copper. Though you have to be careful with supplementing any mineral singularly, particualrly copper as its toxicity symptoms are quite unpleasant. Have you checked out Acu Cell?
