Thanks! It's really helpful. I also found choline, which is what I was originally looking for, but these suggestions will be investigated as an option as well. I'm
currentyl cleaning out with Humacleanse and Humaworm, as well as I have begun to supplement with iodine, so I beleive I'm on the right track!
