From my reading, Iodine supplementation should be accompanied with

1. Buffered Vitamin C. - Sodium Ascorbate

2. Selenium supplement ( 200 mcg) - selenomethonine

3. Magnesium supplement ( Magnesium Citrate would do)

I am not doing #2  and #3. Only #1. Maybe this is the problem, I am not able to increase my Iodine dosage. Can someone throw light on this. Any other supplement with is essential when doing Iodine protocol?

Should I go and buy #2 and #3. This supplementing business is very complex. sigh!!! Do I also need a B-Complex supplement?
