Hello !
So, my ten 10 Master-Cleanse was over almost ten days ago… and I felt so good !!!
Wonderful feeling!!
Now the benefits are already reducing, everything I eat (healthy food!!) seems so difficult to digest and bloats me, I feel heavy, slow.
(I just want to add that I followed the guidances OJ, soup.... actually I eat very small portions of food for the first week).
I have only one desire now, go back to Master-Cleanse tomorrow…… do you think it could be a good idea??
