You have fasted too long since I have only fasted on water for 22 days. Was it a fast on nothing other than water? Are you trying to make me look bad?
Actually it is OK since I have always been thin and muscular. On my 22 day fast I went from 115 pounds down to 89 pounds. I fast for health and for spiritual growth.
