I don't know what B Vitamin you are talking about, but I do know a lot about fatty liver disease. Red Clover Stillingia by Herb Pharm will clear fat out of the liver quicker than just about anything. coffee enemas help a lot too. And don't forget to flush out the gallstones. The liver is a very forgiving organ. It will regenerate itself if you clean it up and give it the nutrition it needs to rebuild cells.
