Red Clover Stillingia prevents me from having a set back while I take a break from the bloodroot, which I have to do periodically to give the body a rest, because it is heavy duty stuff. Wormwood and Clear have also helped me eliminate a lot of worms. And I've taken oogles of probiotics, but lately all I need is a little kefir daily.
