I am doing my best to avoid this stuff like the plague. My general theory when buying things that I am either going to put on my body, or in my body, is: if I can't pronounce the ingredients then I am not going to use it. Manufacturers have become so good at making things sound natural in order to get you to buy them thinking that you are doing the right thing. But you have to be vigilant and study the ingredients. I was buying things that I thought were natural and when I studied the ingredients I found that they weren't. It is up to each of us to take responsibility for what goes into our bodies. Anyone who has ever painted Iodine knows that the skin absorbs things that are put on topically. So every cosmetic you use is being absorbed to some degree or another. And if you have been doing this to yourself for 30 years as I have, that all adds up.
