I mostly do use Granny Smith apples, cause I think they make nicer juice. I have tried the BS molasses in my ACV drink and it was horrendous. I did my best to drink it, but just couldn't finish it. I like BSM in milk, but couldn't do it in ACV.

Maybe one day I will fast, but not quite there yet. I do take VCO each day. Have been doing that for about 4 months. It was actually the first thing I ever did and it was because of VCO that I found this forum. When I first started taking it I thought that it was helping with the cravings. But it doesn't seem to make any difference anymore.

Thanks for the support and words of encouragement. I am determined. And I will improve my health. But it sure is nice to have some help along the way.
