Do you take it? You seem to have all the signs of lack of B vitamins, particularly niacin. When you mentioned agoraphobia I immediately remembered having read about lack of B vitamins being often the culprit, then after also noticing you described your tongue I thought of what Adelle Davis wrote many years ago about how the tongue shows the lack of B vitamins, she mentioned the need to balance the intestinal flora when there is a coated tongue. And the clincher is your alcohol comsumption, it definitely depletes B vitamins and causes the excretion of magnesium, a mineral that most people are deficient in anyway, so I feel very strongly that you should consider this.
By the way, lately I've been reading a lot about magnesium chloride, an oil that can be used transdermally, either by rubbing it directly on the skin or in foot soaks or baths. This is a good option since magnesium is rather hard to absorb orally and it tends to make some people have loose bowels. I read in a Yahoo group that it was helping someone who suffered from insomnia sleep through the night; for more info go to http://www.magnesiumforlife.com.
Here's some really good articles on B vitamins that I hope will be helpful to you:

I thought it was very interesting how the first one mentions under niacin that it's "Nature's Valium", so there you go!
