Thank you for the replies. The bad part my flushes is that I am always left with a bloating belly. I have only eaten an apple & a mango in last two days, but my tummy instead of going down is bowing out above my naval. Also it feels very tight.

After I started doing my Iodine my tummy became loose, but it is very firm again.

What could this be?
