Just cut them off ... use those tiny cuticle scissors (CLEAN, of course) ... and snip that sucker right off. Skin tags don't have nerve endings ... so don't worry about pain (well, unless you snip too close to the base.)

The last ones I removed were in January 2006. I just dabbed peroxide and Iodine afterward (before I even knew about Curezone and Iodine therapy.)

No problems.
