yes, rot is good, certainly, i agree with you. BUT! there are things you want to rot and things you dont want to rot. fruit you generally dont want to rot, at least not till you get around to eating it. obviously high brix produce will rot under the right conditions, no one is saying it wont. its just that if kept in a relatively clean environment it resists rot due to the healthy radiation it emits, compared to a low brix produce which emits frequencies which attract insects. now, if you put the high brix fruit in the compost bin, obviously it will get gobbled up. its not "rot-proof" its just "rot resistant" due to its healthy tissue which doest attract insects.
