VCO = Virgin Coconut Oil
-make sure i cook with it every day 1 week prior, if not at least 1tsp per day but try 1 table spoon.

I do a flush called the Turbo Flush! (what a great name....A real man's flush: The Turbo Flush;-))

Flush as per Dr clark with the following changes.
-i use magnesium citrate, instead of Epsom Salts (i think they are the same anyway, just no taste as they are in capsules. correct me if i'm wrong.)
10 magnesium at 6pm, then 10 at 8pm, plus EXTRA dose magnesium at 10pm with the flush drink.
-only use olive oil + grapefruit for the flush.
-in the morning i take extra olive oil+grapefruit at 8am

Thanks telman. I am watercuring at the moment so i am HYDRATED;-) but i will increase water drinking with the food.
