i have been on Iodine for four months now and i am getting the brown pee for the last couple of weeks. my fat is still loosening and i feel my weight is going down - finally. i think i will keep this up until i detect that i have bannished all the bromide and then i will ramp up like V did and do a gram a day to kick the aluminum out of my brain.

i have felt better every day for about five years now. man, was i almost dead or what????
