I dont drink soda because I heard about a year ago it steals calcium from your body... stoping a year ago hasnt helped the Acne at all, my diet might not be the best. I exercise 4 times a week maybe more, my skin is wicked sensitive it dries out if i just wash it with soap twice a day. I hear all this stuff about cleansing inside but I dont want to go spend tons of money on more stuff that might not work, thers no gurentie that its not just hormones causing excess oil right? I mean that sounds legit that the androgens are telling them glands to pump out. What about accutane? that stops that oil or slows it down anyway, and it wont casue birth defects casue im a male so... that could cure me right? thanks
