How much Baking Soda should a healthy person take a day? I wonder how much a person with cancer should take a day? I am healthy but my Dad just found out that he has prodtrate cancer but it is not in the bone and is only on the right side. They are giving him a hormone shot once every six months. He has only taken one shot and in 5 months they are going to see if his psa comes down. My friend takes 1 teaspoon full a day to get her ph level from acidic to alkaline. I have a book called eat right for your blood type and I am O blood type and they said that drinking Club soda or selser water is medicine for our bodies. I didn't understand what they were talking about until I read the article that you furnished us with and thank you by the way! I was reading the ingredients and it said carbonated water, Sodium Bicarbonate was the second on the list. I have been drinking both waters since I heard that it was good for my blood type. I have my Dad doing a good intestional/colon cleanse right now. I don't know what the next step is for him. Should he start taking the baking soda? Is that the next step? I don't think it will hurt him. Any kind of knowledge will be helpful to me. Thanks, Donna
