it hasnt been too bad the last hour or so. i tried to taper off, which really helps and i can get there without the headache, but my guests wiped me out of coffee and if i buy any more i will drink it. therefor, i decided it was my chance to make a break for it.

i dont know what to do other than salt and water. apparently the coffee keeps the blood vessels constricted in the brain and it is the increased flow of oxygen which causes this. there is a lot of crap builds up in the brain. i dont think a clean brain would hurt like that.

i am gonna have such a damn good summer. best one ever.
