Thank you! I'm sure I'll have more questions later (like my first thought - where do you get an ozone generator!) but for now I've got to take some time to read these links and learn what I can... I feel like I've just dipped my toe into a large body of water here!

I am eating as healthy as I can on our limited budget - I know healthy means many things to many people, so I mean that I eat as many organic whole foods as we can afford, avoid refined foods, and for the most part follow a maker's diet/Nourishing traditions concept.

I'd love to fast and do a cleanse, but I am still nursing our son right now.
