I seem to recall liking hemp oil myself . . . . oh, you mean the supplement!

The omega-3 supplement I take now has Flaxseed, Evening Primrose, Cold Pressed Canola, Black Currant, and Pumpkin Seed oils.

The guys I work with have some incredible stuff.
