That's not fair. Nothing works for me. I've tried the VCO with Lugol's. I've tried sesame oil too. I even tried fresh lime juice, oil, and Lugol's together. I've tried those exotic oils. I've tried many "guaranteed to work" supplements. I've tried diet, exercise, etc. I even tried straight Lugol's. Nothing. Zilch. Maybe it's because I push it back in. ...but that's the only way I can survive with it.
