Do you feel like the energetic principles overweigh the diet in this matter? I'm so frustrated with this, I'd like to get it resolved fully.

I already don't eat cooked fats, I can't digest them all, and I'm so conscious of my liver now. I want to keep it healthy. Had I known about natural health and flushing before surgery I would have done it in a heartbeat, but I was very young and trusted my doctor and I was encouraged to do surgery by family members who have also had it done.
