Here, I copied and pasted a part of the 20 page patent I was talking about, how it is on ISOLATED AND PURIFIED ingredients. Patents are hard to read so it is deceptive. A*****ose is not patented, their jars do not say it is after 2 years. Where the confusion comes in that the patent says they will isolate and purify the sugars from the foods and extracts that they actually use and are so mentioned on the A*****ose label.
I don't need to call those people you mentioned because I can read. I don't always believe what people tell me, no matter what letters are behind their names. Thanks for the dare, though.
I do commend M****tech on their good works. I have spent 9 years of my life in voluntary missions working in refugee camps, building homes and teaching in underground schools with personal danger of imprisonment and mistreatment. I have seen and attended to a lot of pain and sickness personally and I do not criticize this aspect of their company.
And, for the record, I never said A*****ose did not work. IT REALLY does work. If they made what they patented, it would not work and the label would read like this:
galactose, glucose, mannose, N-acetylneuraminic acid, fucose, N-acetylgalactosamine, N-acetylglucosamine and xylose.
It might help a bladder infection, but thats about all.(I am not sure, actually, all the benefits of isolated and purified sugars, but there are not many because nobody sells them this way!)
And you don't need a flowing agent and you don't need rice starch. G*********n has NO lubricants or flowing agents and they were able to encapsulate their product. If you really believe that you need some you could buy an uncut formula and add starch yourself and save some bucks. Just ask the happy customers that buy glyconutrients without fillers. Personally, I think they say that to save face.
But we don't really need to hash it all out here. M****tech is taking Glycobiotics International to court. I read on MTEX records to their stockholders that its on the docket for June. The judge will decide. You know, if people that sold glyconutreints were clearly violating the patent, it would take 5 minutes for M****tech to get injunctions all of on them.
One side of a story sounds good until you hear the other side.
I copied this from the official government patent website for M****techs patent number 6929807
