I don't think it matters where you post, you'll still get support, im kind of in the same boat as you, i was wondering though are you fasting for weight loss because you're doing a 30day fast which is great, of course in thirty days you can't lose all the weight you want to, so is it kind of like a jumpstart for you, i know for me if i can finally stick to it, i want to stay on a fast to lose most if not all the weight i need to lose. You're doing great, just think of the progress you've made so far any time it gets hard, we're all proud of you :):):):)
