I love these posts! People telling their story from the heart. Isn't it powerful to put it down in writing?

I know exactly how you feel. I too came to CZ a broken woman. I was sure I was dying. I've written my story a few times here at CZ, and everytime I do I feel the power and awe of where I came from.

Long live life without pharmaceuticals and using the power of nature and biology!
