I agree 100% with Molly's opinions. I would also like to add that, if you intend to place yourself back on the open relationship market, individual counseling might be in order. A GOOD counselor will help you to confront your trust issues, the need to be vengeful, and help you to avoid making the same mistakes in the future, should you happen to meet someone with which you may want to grow old with. Counseling doesn't need to be forever, either. It may just be a good idea so that you choose someone for the Right Reasons, rather than using the little head.

First, and foremost, love is not sex. Intimacy can be sexual, but sex does not equal intimacy. Love is not jealousy. Love is not about damage. Love is not about paybacks. Love is not about ownership. Love is comfortabe. Love is kind. Love is encouragement and support. Love is honesty and acceptance (NOT TOLERANCE). Love is forgiveness. Love is emotional and spiritual growth in one another and, in particular, Self.
