Can you please more information abt this book? I am very interested in MINERALS & Vitamins. I just discovered that simple Vitamin C ( sodium Ascorbate) can help give us heathy bowels.

I am also interested in reversing gray hairs...( copper deficiency??)

I just had a peek of the book at Amazon. And found that the author considers chlorine and fluoride are bad. That convinces me that its a good book.
