The Japanese don't microwave very much. Most of their food consumption is fresh. Their restaurants for the most part make food fresh daily. They don't even use frozen foods. Frozen foods are extremely expensive and very limited in their grocery stores. See my other post for my suspecting causes of their stomach cancers. And I never saw dried mice anywhere and I have travelled quite a bit.
