I add Lugols to VCO, about 30 drops per cup. I use it as a deodorant and complete body cream most days. I've been doing this for about 6 weeks with no problems. I find it works great as a deodorant and really helps with over exposure to the sun. I haven't had a real sun burn yet this year and have a tropical like tan in May. I live in Canada and this just doesn't happen in May.
