OK - I know I sound very dense here and a bit of a pain in the neck -----

Last question, I promise (by the way I took my evening caps about half an hour ago and really hoping they clean me out really good).... so, after you take your two in the evening, how long after you take them can you eat something.

Sorry, but I do not eat a lot, just kida pick - it is now 8:20 and I know I will want to eat something small before bed, like a tomato and mayo sandwich????
