Hey FF, I took mag-malate 1200 mg for about 6 months. I heard it was good for the pain of fibromyalgia so I thought I would give it a try for my MS. Not only did it get rid of my aches and pains but it seemed to calm my digestive system. An added benefit was that it relaxed my muscles and helped me sleep. Good stuff. :) refreshed
