You will have some minor cramping, just like menstrual cramps. I took mine out on a Friday night and started bleeding on Sunday.. I only bled for 5 days, the same amount of time as when I had a period. I passed a couple of small clots, but from what I understand that is normal after removing your IUD. You know your body, if you sense that something is wrong just call your Dr.
